UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE INTERNET

The People vs. Google LLC

CASE NO. 2026-PP-001FILED: February 2026
COMPREHENSIVE INDICTMENT

COUNT I

MONOPOLISTIC CONTROL

Count 1 of 7

Evidence Presented:

a)

Google controls ~90% of the global search market (StatCounter, 2025). That's not a market share — that's a fucking monopoly wearing a colorful logo.

b)

Chrome browser: 66% market share. Android: 72% of mobile devices worldwide. Gmail: 1.8 billion users. YouTube: 2.5 billion monthly active users. Google Ads: ~39% of all global digital ad revenue.

c)

When competitors emerge, Google either acquires them (YouTube 2006, Waze 2013, DoubleClick 2007, Fitbit 2021) or buries them in search results. The DOJ's 2020 antitrust lawsuit specifically cited Google's strategy of paying to be the default search engine everywhere.

d)

Google killed or absorbed 293+ products and services since 2006 (killedbygoogle.com). That's not innovation — that's a company systematically eliminating alternatives.

Impact Assessment:

One company controls how most of humanity searches for information, watches video, sends email, navigates roads, and browses the web. If that doesn't terrify you, you haven't been paying attention.
